Hubzu (an Altisource Company)
Hubzu is an auction platform operated by Altisource. It is engaged by Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) to provide foreclosure sale marketing services in specific jurisdictions for properties securing first lien Conventional Loans. Through Hubzu, Altisource is an approved vendor for these services.
Services Provided
Hubzu is a mandatory vendor for servicers in designated jurisdictions for all marketing and advertising of scheduled foreclosure sales. This includes online, print media, and direct mail advertisements.
Servicers must provide specific loan and property information to Hubzu when ordering marketing services, as detailed in the Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) exhibit.
