The Beyond ACE (bACE) API is an application programming interface used by Freddie Mac for the submission and processing of Property Data Reports (PDRs) related to collateral assessment.
When a loan is eligible for Automated Collateral Evaluation Plus Property Data Report (ACE+ PDR), the completed PDR is submitted to the bACE API. This submission triggers the assessment of collateral representation and warranty (R&W) relief eligibility.
