Auction.com
Auction.com is a vendor engaged by Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) to provide foreclosure sale marketing and optional foreclosure auction services in specific jurisdictions for properties securing first lien Conventional Loans.
Services Provided:
- Foreclosure Sale Marketing Services: Auction.com is a mandatory vendor for servicers in designated jurisdictions for all marketing and advertising of scheduled foreclosure sales, including online, print media, and direct mail advertisements.
- Foreclosure Auction Services: Auction.com is also available to conduct public foreclosure sales in a separate set of jurisdictions. The use of Auction.com for these services is optional and at the discretion of the Other Loan Participants and Key Third Parties in the Mortgage Ecosystem law firm retained by the Other Loan Participants and Key Third Parties in the Mortgage Ecosystem.

Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut (with an exception for Strict Foreclosure actions), Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Puerto Rico.

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington.
